We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your purchases when shopping with us. We believe in the high quality of our products, but if for any reason you need to return any items to us please read our Returns Policy as outlined below:
All items are checked for faults and flaws before being dispatched.
If, in the rare event, you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately at email@example.com with details of the fault so we may arrange the return, replacement, or refund of the item.
Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for refund.
7 day Period
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations customers are entitled to a 7 working days cooling off period from the day they receive the goods to cancel and return items.
If you choose to return the item within this cooling off period you will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage.
If you wish to return your order in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you must inform us in writing at the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the nature of your return.We will then confirm with you a return address.
We highly recommend you use a recorded or track and trace postal method that provides sufficient insurance cover for the value posted to protect yourself from loss.
Please note proof of reciept is not proof of delivery.
Items returned to use will be inspected. Items returned to us must be unused and unwashed, in its original condition and packaging with no tags removed (this is to enable future customers to recieve the item as intended by the manufacturer).
We cannot offer refunds on any items returned to us that have been worn (apart from being tried on) been washed, soiled, i.e make -up, deodorant marks, scratched shoe soles, and any items smelling of smoke or perfume.
Additionally for hygenic reasons we cannot offer refunds on unsealed items such as tights, wigs, underwear, swimwear and masks as well as bodystockings and catsuits that have been removed from packaging.
Items must be in a re-sellable condition for our future customers (unless item is faulty when recieved and in that instance we must be notified straight away by email.)
After this 7 working day period has passed, starting from when you recieve your goods, please be aware that we will be unable to accept any returns. If you choose to cancel your order before your item/items have been send out you will be given a full refund.
Refunds will be given via the same paying methods in which you paid when we recieve the returned item/s, unless you would like a store credit note which can be applied on request.
We shall be under no liability in respect to any defect arising from; fair wear and tear, negligence or abnormal working conditions.
This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
